Early Musical Life
I grew up in Troy for most of my life. Going to Troy Prep Charter School. In Troy Prep there was limited music. All students were put in a "Performing Arts" class. It was taught by Mr. J. Burmeister(fun fact- he used to teach at the highschool I graduated from.) In this class we sang, clicked rhythms, whacked boomwhackers on the ground. In 4th or 5th grade I can't remember, I was Thomas Jefferson in their standstill performance of Hamilton by Lin Manuel Miranda. Then in 5th grade I failed to get into orchestra due to bad grades but I played Charlie in their musical performance of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory.
I moved out of Troy and into Mohonasen Central Schools before 6th grade.
Move to Mohonasen
When I moved to Mohonasen, my mom saw that there was more options for music in Mohonasen than Troy Prep. I lost interest in trying to do orchestra and the singing thing with Willy Wonka... I guess I forgot about that. But! I joined the band, where I originally wanted to play guitar but the teacher Mr. J. Varga said that wasn't an option. So I settled for percussion which I've stayed with since then. I also went back to theater but I was backstage on crew in Mohon Masque Jr's performances of Oklahoma and Into the Woods.
When I graduated from middle school I stayed in band where I kept playing percussion. I moved up from stage crew in theater to lighting where I was on spotlight for Mohon Masque's production of Beauty and the Beast, controlled the chandelier in their production of Clue, and I was on the board for Bye Bye Birdie and Anastasia: The Musical. I took Music Production in 10th grade where I worked on most of the projects on the Listen page, and i was (23-24) in Music Production II working on more every day.
Next i'm going to SUNY Potsdam & Crane School of Music for Music Composition with a percussion concentration!

I was also a part of the Mohonasen Warrior Marching Band where I played;
